An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional, to join VicSuper?s People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with a client group, providing advice and support in all human resources functions, and be involved in both operational and strategic based HR outcomes.
Through developing strong relationships with your client group, you will deliver value adding HR expertise and results in the areas of organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, remuneration and reward, people development and OH&S.
To take up this role, you will have strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience as an HR generalist, together with relevant qualifications will also ensure your success.
